  • And why they want more.Become a member of the Vox Video Lab! to our channel! Arabia and the US have a partnership that's been in the making for over seven decades. It started after World War II and survived the Iranian Revolution, the Cold War, the Gulf War, September 11, and the proliferation of conflicts across the Middle East. This whole time, the US has been selling weapons to Saudi Arabia -- now its number one customer. Saudis bought bombs, tanks, guns, and planes over the years to defend themselves from various threats. The US supplied those weapons because the Saudi’s threats have usually been a threat to the US as well.Today, there's a shift in the relationship. Saudi Arabia’s intervention in Yemen has created the worst humanitarian disaster in the world - and thrown the Middle East into chaos. The problem is, the Saudis are using US bombs to do it. Some inaccuracies:1. The US pro Shah was toppled by the CIA. I think that's worth mentioning since it sheds some light on the politics behind the scenes and the reason for the arms race and american support for the saudis (also gives a reason for Irans proxy wars)2. The proxy was began as US established bases in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq all bordering Iran. I disagree with Iran's policy but it is worth mentioning that it is not unprovoked.

Americans act like they're a peaceful nation that has never destroyed others!! It surprises me everytime to see how hypocritical and delusional they are. They think they're the only ones that have the right to use weapons because they only use it to "defend their country" by attacking many nations that don't even share borders with them. + stealing their treasures and resources

You know nothing about Islam and you're confusing what real Islam means and what those two states do. I challenge you yo give me ine thing in the religion which says violence and crime ( in the book) because religi...

@Possible Knowledge In Denmark we have found out that electricity is worth more then food so a few farmers have actually set land aside for energy farming instead :)Of course the average hard working non 1st world citizen aint gonna be able to get their hands on solar panels of industrial size and quality not to mention everything else, but, considering the size of the US, and climate, solar farming is a surprisingly sensible long term solution, sure it is not as efficient but taxes can change that qu...

@Nawaf Al I guess you're right. I wouldn't be surprised if the US was supplying Israel with materials needed for making nuclear weapons. There is an explanation to this, but the most obvious one is the fact the US supports Israel and invests a lot into it. The other explanation would be the fact there are Zionists in the US congress and the Israeli government right and the Zionist Bible states no state should have the power to destroy Israel, and only Israel should possess such power.
