  • On this food adventure, I went to tour the San Miguel Market in Madrid, Spain. This is a great place to visit, sampling some of the best Madrid's market food has to offer. After the market, I went to El Sur to eat gambas, which is shrimp with garlic sauce, and I had some Cuban pulled pork. That pork was my favorite dish there. For dessert, I ate churros with hot chocolate, and this place was incredibly packed, so get ready to wait in line! To end my food day, I went to one of the oldest restaurants in Spain, Botin and it's famous for its roast suckling pig! #spain #madrid #spainmadridmarket Restaurants:✧ Mercado San Miguel (Madrid) Markethttps://bit.ly/29w2vJd✧ Taberna el Surhttps://bit.ly/2sp8Rjd✧ Viandas de Salamancahttps://bit.ly/2GlnH2u✧ Bar La Campanahttps://bit.ly/2CoAfnu✧ Chocolatería San Ginéshttps://bit.ly/1SF4d8q✧ Restaurante Botinhttps://bit.ly/2DbnA6v***MORE EXCLUSIVE Content on Instagram***✩ http://instagr.am/Mikexingchen➔ Get tickets to the best show on earth!!! http://bit.ly/2gu7REI✸ Strictly Dumpling T-Shirts HERE: http://bit.ly/2IVM2ts➣ Subscribe for MORE videos about food! http://bit.ly/1hsxh41➣ Subscribe to our COOKING Channel! http://bit.ly/2vz2UPT------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------★↓FOLLOW ME ON SOCIAL MEDIA!↓★Facebook Show Page: https://www.facebook.com/strictlydump...Facebook Mike Fan Page: https://www.facebook.com/mikeychenxPersonal Instagram: http://instagr.am/MikexingchenTwitter: http://twitter.com/MikexingchenTwitch: https://www.twitch.tv/mikexchen◈ Equipment I use for filming◈ :Sony RX100 Mark V: https://go.magik.ly/ml/cgc5/PANASONIC LUMIX G85: https://go.magik.ly/ml/cgcd/Wide Angle Lens: https://go.magik.ly/ml/cgck/Camera Mic: https://go.magik.ly/ml/cgcn/Camera Lights: https://go.magik.ly/ml/cgcq/Handheld Audio Recorder: https://go.magik.ly/ml/cgcr/Tripod: https://go.magik.ly/ml/cgcu/Drone: https://go.magik.ly/ml/cgcx/My Favorite Cookware!wok/pan http://amzn.to/2f5G0upAlso this pan http://amzn.to/2f5QnyiPressure pan http://amzn.to/2wJIS7uNonstick pot http://amzn.to/2wHRgq1-------------------------------------✉ Send stuff to our P.O. "I had a bite of history tonight, and history had crispy skin and melted in my mouth." might be the best thing I've ever heard Mike say.

San Miguel is more known as a touristy market. The food is not as good as what you might find in tapa restaurants around the city. The place however does look amazing.

They boil the rice in the water the seafood was swimming in. That's how they get the rice to taste that great.
And the hot chocolate is literally that, molten hot chocolate, not milk with powder like the modern version.
