  • I used ordinary salted duck eggs in my video. Our products are sea duck eggs from the North Sea mangroves.
    Based on our ancestor's recipe, we only used a third of the salted yolks. Add in black pepper, white sesame seeds and bits of seaweed to give the sauce a richer texture,without a trace of astringency.
    Fresh, sandy, crispy and soft texture,
    Every bite is good.
